Standard IT-Support Agreements

When you don't want to commit to an onsite agreement we can offer a telephone and remote support service. With this service we can, with your agreement, take control of your desktop screen and work with you to resolve problems directly.....More info

Pay As You Go IT-Support

When an annual agreement is not suitable we offer Pay as You Go support. With this service you get the same high level of technical support but you have to take pot luck with the response times. In most cases you will get help within a few hours but in busy times our annual support customers will come first. If you can live with some delay then this is the service for you....More info

Pre-Booked Onsite Visits

Visits can be arranged to give you a regular computer technician onsite to deal with any IT problem or queries, just as an in house computer technician would do.....More info
